Join us for an interactive muscle maintenance session and show your sore, overworked body some love this Valentine season! That body has been a prisoner to the treadmill due to frozen sidewalks and cold winter weather. We all have a little cabin fever so... bring a yoga mat and any tools you have such as a foam roller, stick, Trigger Point kits, etc! We will have plenty of tools on hand as well.
Rolling out your muscles works out the lactic acid, brings oxygen and blood to your trigger points, aiding in recovery and myofascial release, as well as letting your muscles work more efficiently. Stick around to chat more about injury prevention with the YMCA of Greenville . They will be set up from 10am until 2pm.
