COME AND TRY YOGA AT FLEET FEET WITH US!!
This morning session will consist of yogic breathing, deep stretching, core strengthening and a deep relaxation to finish things off. Open to all level runners and yoga practitioners alike. Please bring water, a mat, and a towel if you get sweaty! Yoga is an excellent cross-training modality for runners that lengthens and strengthens muscles, brings equilibrium to the body, relieves stress, and improves lung capacity. Instructor Jessica Wilson-Thille has been practicing yoga for 16 years, teaching for 4, and loves sharing the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practice with her students. Come ready to stretch, sweat and smile! Don’t be afraid to try something new!
