The 10K training group is designed to help you finish your first 6.2 miler or reach a personal best that's been eluding you. For you first-timers, you should be able to cover 2 to 3 miles and be ready for more! All paces and experience levels are welcome. With coaches and mentors at your side, you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.

Early bird Registration will open April 14th, 2018: $105 after April 28th regular price will increase to $120.

You do not have to be signed up to attend! This is a detailed information session, open to anyone interested in the program and will act as an orientation for those who have already committed to this life-changing journey! We will not be running at the kick-off event.
