The 10K training group is designed to help you finish your first 6.2 miler or reach a personal best that's been eluding you. For you first-timers, you should be able to cover 2 to 3 miles and be ready for more! All paces and experience levels are welcome. With coaches and mentors at your side, you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.
