Thirteen-point-one miles is the distance of the half marathon. This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their ﬁrst half marathon or to train for another!
In this 12 week program, you will receive coaching, group support and encouragement, clinics from experts, and a technical shirt. The group workouts will start at 4 miles. Groups runs will begin Thursday, December 6th and be held Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturday at 8 am.
This Winter 2018 13.1 Group will train for the GHS Swamp Rabbit 13.1 on Saturday, February 23th, 2019.
