Thirteen-point-one miles is the distance of the half marathon. This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their ﬁrst half marathon or to train for another!
In this 16 week program, you will receive coaching, group support and encouragement, clinics from experts, and a technical shirt. The group workouts will start at 3-4 miles.
This Fall 2018 13.1 Group will train for the Spinx Run Fest Half Marathon, which takes place on Saturday October 27th, 2018.
