Thirteen-point-one miles is the distance of the half marathon.  This program, sponsored by Brooks, is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their first half marathon or to train for another!

In this 12 week program, you will receive coaching, group support and encouragement, clinics from experts, and a swag. The first group workout will 3 miles. This program is designed for people who have completed a 10K in the last 3 months and are ready to set an amazing new goal.

This Summer/ Fall group will train for Spinx, Richmond and other Fall races.
