Thirteen-point-one miles is the distance of the half marathon. This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their ﬁrst half marathon or to train for another!
In this 12-15 week program (depending on goal race), you will receive coaching, group support and encouragement, clinics from experts, and a technical shirt. The group workouts will start at 4 miles. Groups runs will begin Thursday, August 8th and be held Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturday at 7 am.
This Fall 2019 13.1 Group will train for the Spinx 13.1 (October 26th) and/ or Richmond VA 13.1 (November 16th).
