This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their ﬁrst marathon or to train for a personal best!
Throughout this 16 week training program, participants receive attention from a certified coach, a weekly plan with planned routes and training tips, group support and encouragement, and clinics from experts. 10 miles and should feel pretty comfortable to begin marathon training. It highly recommended that you have completed a half marathon before this group begins.
The Fall Group will train for the Spinx or Rock and Roll Savannah Marathon but many will be targeting MCM, New York, Richmond, Chicago and other fall races.

Regular Registration : $140 early bird before June 16, June 17-July 9 $150
