Fleet Feet's No Boundaries Program, for people new to running, has helped thousands of people nationwide to get moving and stay motivated while working up to running three miles in just a couple of months. The key to the program is the use of intervals of walking and running to incorporate movement slowly yet effectively into your lifestyle.
No Boundaries is intended for the beginner who has never run before. As your body gets accustomed to increased physical activity, you will begin to find your own pace and blaze a new trail towards your personal health and wellness goals!

The next program will be training for the Reedy River Run 5k on March 3rd. The cost for the program is $60 and includes a weekly workout plan, technical shirt, water bottle, group atmosphere, educational clinics and more!
