Registration open for 13.1 and 26.2 Training Groups
Do you love hitting the trails as much as pounding the pavement? We have the long distance training group for you! In this 14 week program, you will receive certified coaching, group support and encouragement, clinics from experts, and a technical shirt. The group workouts will start at 3-4 miles for the 13.1 group and 8-10 miles for the marathon group
Group runs will be Thursdays 6PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM. Most runs will be at Paris Mtn State Park or Fleet Feet (hill runs)
