Want to get active, but the idea of running seems intimidating ? Not sure how to get started?

Fleet Feet's One Mile Training Groups provides a fun and supportive environment for all beginners! In just four weeks, you'll be able to complete one mile!
The cost is $50 and includes guidance and advice from experienced coaches; weekly training runs and schedules; and educational information on nutrition, hydration, clothing, and injury.
